
Caper Farms Rovibec Ranger Feed Pusher
A family operated dairy farm, Caper Farms chose the Rovibec Ranger feed pusher as a method of increasing feed consumption without the addition of labour. The Ranger has worked wonderfully on the farm, especially on the weekends when fewer workers are on site.
Construction began the spring of 2016.

Specifications of Project
The installation of the Rovibec Ranger version two feed pusher at Caper Farms in Nova Scotia. The Ranger is not only durable, but incredibly safe as there are no open parts exposed such as an auger which could pose a danger for children and pets.

Results of Project
Upon the conclusion of the project, Caper Farms realized an increase in feed consumption, a decrease in feed refusals and an increase in overall milk production. It also has been incredibly helpful during weekends where farm worker levels are reduced.
